 Shipping Policy

At Mercado Mexicano, every item is sourced directly from small shops in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Because we work with live, in-store inventory rather than a warehouse, our fulfillment process has a brief confirmation step before your order ships.

Inventory Confirmation Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will confirm availability with the shop and update you on your order status. In the rare event that an item is no longer available, your payment will be fully refunded.

Shipping Once availability is confirmed, items typically ship within 48 hours. You will receive your DHL tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

All orders ship via DHL International Air Express from Cuernavaca, Mexico. Pending customs clearance, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipment.

Estimated Total Time from Order to Delivery: 5–8 Business Days

Customs & Duties Mercado Mexicano handles all customs documentation and acts as the importer of record on every shipment. You will not be contacted by customs or asked to provide personal information to the carrier. Your item arrives at your door with no additional steps required.
