Is everything on your website in stock?

All items are available pending an inventory check. Your card will be charged upon inventory confirmation, and fulfilled within 48 hours. Mercado Mexicano lists items for sale right now at our partner shops in Mexico — if you like something, don't wait!

So there's a chance my item may not be available?

Yes, while we try to keep our stock as accurate as possible, some items may sell before we can update our inventory.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once availability is confirmed, items typically ship within 48 hours.

DHL Express International typically arrives 3-5 business days after pick up.

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order is shipped you'll receive your tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. You can also track your package using your Order Number under Your Account at the bottom of the page.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping and customs cost?

Shipping and customs costs display at checkout. Shipping + customer to the continental US will generally be $50.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the continental United States.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and customs. Typically items are delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or customs procedures.

What is your return policy?

All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases from Mercado Mexicano are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.

When you complete your purchase, your payment is authorized and put on hold until inventory can be confirmed within 24 hours. When your payment method has been charged and the order has been fulfilled, there are no returns, as the item is on it’s way to you- all sales are final. Exceptions apply for shipping damage.

Our products are sourced and shipped directly from artisans and shops in Mexico. Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to facilitate the return of items once they have been dispatched.

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph all items. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Is my item insured?

Yes, Mercado Mexicano fully insures your item for any shipping damage.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives and appears damaged in shipping, please take photos before moving and opening the package.

Fully document any and all damage and reach out to orders@mercadomexicano.art to begin a claim. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can handle your case expeditiously.
