Refund policy

All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases from Mercado Mexicano are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.

When you complete your purchase, your payment is authorized and put on hold until inventory can be confirmed within 24 hours. You can cancel your purchase at this time. When your payment method has been charged, there are no returns, as the item is set for pick up and on it’s way to you-  all sales are final. Our products are sourced and shipped directly from artisans and shops in Mexico. Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to facilitate the return of items once they have been dispatched.

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph all items. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
