Cuernavaca

Cuernavaca is where Mercado Mexicano began. Nestled in the mountains of Morelos, south of Mexico City, it has long been a gathering place for artists, collectors, and curators.  The stores and art we encountered in Cuernavaca were the inspiration behind our business. 

The Cuernavaca shops were our first, and they hold a special place in everything we do. Their taste and curation set the standard for what Mercado Mexicano is all about.
